Order preparation

In-stock orders ship within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Custom orders take up to 3 weeks to make and ship. This allows time for creating your piece and ordering any needed materials. If a longer timeline is needed, we will contact you.

Delivery and shipping charges

These preparation times do not include carrier transit time. Delivery time begins after your order is shipped and depends on the destination and shipping service selected. Shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
